Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions about hiring the Motorhome but if your question isn't answered here, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: Is you Motorhome built to UK specifications?
A: Our Motorhome is to full UK specification, with caravan/habitation doors opening on to the kerb/pavement. Customers safety is our number one priority.
Q: When can I collect the Motorhome?
A: Collection of the Motorhome is between 2 pm and 4 pm on the day of hire. We will text you if your Motorhome can be collected earlier.
Q: When do I have to return the Motorhome?
A: Return of the Motorhome is between 9am and 10am on the agreed day at the end of the hire agreement. Sorry, but we do insist on being punctual as we need to make sure the Motorhome is fully prepared for the next group to enjoy their holiday.
Q: How long should I allow for the handover at the beginning of my holiday?
A: If it is your first time with a Motorhome, we would like to spend at least an hour with you running through the fittings, so you feel comfortable and if you need longer, that will not be a problem.
Q: Can I leave my suitcases or bags with you when I have unpacked?
A: We are more than happy to look after your suitcases free of charge.
Q: Where do I leave my car?
A: You can leave your car where you collect the Motorhome, at your own risk (very safe area) free of charge.
Q: What does the hire of the Motorhome include?
A: Your insurance cover and one bottle of gas, although the Motorhome will be fitted with two bottles of gas, if the second bottle has been used or part used there will be a charge.
Q: Do we allow Stag or Hen parties?
A: No, we have a strict ruling on this.
Q: What about fuel?
A: When you pick up the Motorhome it will have enough fuel to get to the nearest fuel station is about 1/2 mile away.
Q: Do I need my driving licence?
A: Yes, you need to bring your driving licence and counter part.
Q: Does the Motorhome have breakdown cover.
A: Yes, we have full membership cover.
